1. Use of the Website

By using Trendzfit.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Customization

Trendzfit offers customized T-shirts for men, women, and kids.

  • All designs and text submitted for custom printing must be original or authorized for use.

  • Trendzfit is not responsible for copyright violations caused by user-submitted content.

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to photography lighting or screen resolution.

  • Orders with custom prints cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective or incorrect.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received or verified (in case of COD).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, inventory, or suspected fraud.

  • In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD (with applicable charges).

  • Trendzfit reserves the right to change pricing or offer discounts at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery may take 3–7 days based on location.

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal fee may apply for COD orders.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customized or sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—logos, product designs, text, images, graphics—is the property of Trendzfit or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trendzfit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the website or products.

  • Delays in shipment or incorrect deliveries caused by third-party logistics.

  • Unauthorized access to user data or accounts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Tamilnadu.

10. Changes to Terms

Trendzfit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes implies acceptance.
